We've been involved with the development and coaching of triathlon for over 15 years. Coach Morg has spent those years amassing a wealth of knowledge, experience and resources that allow us to guide all abilities of athlete to success. The great news is that we combine all our experience and learning from our time served with British Triathlon, Swim Smooth & the Primal Health Coach Institute to make our triathlon training programme one of the most comprehensive available. This allows us to deliver a holistic approach that includes expert guidance on all things triathlon, swimming, health, nutrition & lifestyle.

Planning your Training
Yes we even organise Triathlon Events from our base in the Heart of Yorkshire! Our events span from super mini triathlons (swim 400m, cycle 10km, run 2.5km) that are superb for novices, right through to our Half Iron Distance Triathlon (swim 2km, cycle 90km, run 20km) for those looking for a longer challenge. We see our events as an extension of our training sessions therefore we make sure they are well organised yet affordable.
