We often get asked for extra guidance and support from athletes who are looking to take their performance to the next level. We don't believe in just telling athletes what to do, we believe in educating and supporting our athletes as part of an ongoing mentoring process. We aim for the athletes to learn and become as self sufficient as possible over time. For this reason we don't tie you into yearly plans, but start with a base plan with the freedom to add extra support or services to suit your needs and budget at anytime at discounted rates. Regardless of how much or little support you require, be rest assured we are always in the background keeping an eye on your progress and ready to step in if required.

Monthly Progress & Planning Meeting

Face to face or via Skype to check your progress and plan the next month (60 min).

Fully Detailed Plan and workouts

Delivered via our online training calendar putting your schedule and sessions in the palm of your hand.

Background Analysis by your Coach

Keep your training calendar feedback up to date and our coaches will monitor your progress and feedback if required. 

Health & Wellbeing Monitoring

Using key metrics such as Heart Rate Variability (HRV) we will monitor your current training load and recovery.

Full access to our online resource site

Videos, workouts and even recipes to arm you with all the knowledge you need.
